Try "Run As"->"Maven Build ..." (notice the three dots).
There you can specify the goal(s) you want to run.
At the moment, the 'quick links' (what you have in the "Run As" menu)
are hardcoded in the plugin.xml.
I had mentioned a feature to change these during runtime, and you're
welcome to file a JIRA request for it ;)
