Bill, can you please go into the Maven preferences under Window /
Preferences... / Maven and check what repository location is shown there.
You can also turn on "Debug Output" and check the Maven console (in
Console view / Open dropdown / Maven console) and verify what repository
is used. Location should be printed somewhere in the output when you
rebuild project (may have to hit "Refresh Settings" from the Maven
preference page).
