Sorry Borut. All I know, is that update site I've referred to does
work all the time for me. The xml file for this update site does have
Subclipse 1.3.7 feature and not 1.2.x.

Can not explain why the other day the 1.3.7 subclipse plugin did't
show up in the update manager, it does now.
I am glad it is working for you now.
Can 1.3.7 version be use with Subversion 1.4.x or do we need 1.5?
Maybe I am misreading the changes at
http://subclipse.tigris.org/subclipse_1.4.x/changes.html - it says:
"Latest JavaHL for SVN 1.5 trunk. WARNING: As of this version the
format of the SVN 1.5 working copy is now different than 1.4. Once you
do an operation that writes to the working copy, you will not be able
to read the working copy using an SVN 1.4 client."
The working copy is all on client side. It does work with older
servers (including 1.4), but like it said, local working copy will be
converted to 1.5 format and you'll need 1.5 svn client in order to share
the same working copy between IDE and the command line.
