Are you behind a proxy? You can try to force it to reload update site
descriptors by loading the following urls in a web browser:
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/site.xml
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/artifacts.xml
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/content.xml

Just tried to update from a completely fresh 3.4 eclipse - i.e., unzipped
the ganymede jee install file and used a new, empty workspace with .meta
folder in it.
However I still see the 0.9.5.20080610-1457 update, so it appears to me as
if the http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/update-dev/ update site is not
populated with the 26 June update.
