Chris,
The error you shown from the log don't have m2eclipse classes in the
stack trace. I suppose it is possible that m2eclipse is incorrectly
configuring your projects, but it can be also something wrown with your
Eclipse or WTP configuration. To say more we would need to know more
about your Eclipse configuration. Please grab it from Help / About
Eclipse SDK / Configuration Details and attach it as text.
Also note that EJB projects are not yet supported by m2eclipse. If you
can reproduce the same issue on a clean workspace with simple test
projects, please open attach such test project to the bug report.
