As far as I can see there is no sources deployed to Maven repository
for that artifact:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-dbcp/commons-dbcp/20030825.184428/
Your only option now is to manually attach sources for those
artifacts. You can do that from the properties dialog for such jars.
