Instead of uploading Eclipse artifacts to Maven repository we have
focused on providing a better tools for building Eclipse and OSGi
plugins. See

One of the objectives is to allow Tycho and related technologies that
Sonatype is creating is to allow to consume required Eclipse artifacts
directly from Eclipse update sites and p2 repositories. However Tycho
already support building plugings, features and update sites against
local Eclipse installation or locally assembled target platform.

<http://repo1.maven.org/>) are very old – all from Europa
Where is the repo that contains all the Ganymede artifacts?
