Hi,
Tyhco runs as a Java process, and it can't understand Cygwin paths.
M2_HOME should use Windows paths, and so should "tycho.targetPlatform":
/cygdrive/c/DEV/tycho/tycho-distribution-0.3.0-DEV-1983/bin/mvn
org.codehaus.tycho:maven-tycho-plugin:0.3.0-DEV-1983:generate-poms -
DgroupId=tycho.demo -Dtycho.targetPlatform=c:/DEV/eclipse/eclipse-
