Unfortunately we don't own the infrastructure, but as Jason mentioned,
issues will be moved to our own JIRA where we can assist you better.
In a mean time you can verify that you can login to jira at
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE and if you can't vote, then
please open jira issue in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/HAUS project,
specify your account id there and describe the issue. Then Codehaus
admin will look at it.
