I check the new and noteworthy

there is new wizard for installing artifacts to the local Maven
repository with dev version 0.9.7.200810211352 / October 21, 2008, but I
can't find the new wizard after install this version, there isn't
description in help , could you tell me how to start this wizard? thank
you very much.
BTW, My m2eclipse is 0.9.7.200811301804 / November 30, 200.
