Thanks for catching this. It should be fixed now.
I had to patch the update site yesterday to deal with breakage caused by
the Eclipse 3.4.2 release, and it looks like this problem occurred
during that process.

After I add both sites they both have the name

Souldn't the one whose url ends with /update/ *not* have Dev in its
name? It's a bit disconcerting to add only that update site and see
Dev in its name.
