I didn't realize the agreement was that firm. One couldn't really ask
for a more authoritative answer than an agreement between you and
Peter Kriens.
It would be really helpful if someone published the results of that
OSGi tooling summit discussion you mentioned.
Specifically, guidance is needed/requested for:
* relationship between Bundle-SymbolicName and Maven coordinates
* dots vs. dashes
* versioning scheme alignment in Maven 3
* possible future Maven feature of OSGI-ifying jars by default
I also wonder if the following will become the norm for bundle projects.
<groupId>someGroupId</groupId>
<artifactId>${project.groupId}.someArtifactId</artifactId>
