What m2e version are you using? Will you be able to provide sample
project we can use to reproduce the problem?
I had this problem with 0.9.6 few times. For me, the workaround was to
disable autobuild, cancel the running build, refresh all projects from
local, build all projects clean.

repeatedly, although I don't have the offline checkbox checked. Any
ideas? The remote repository in question is up, and I can build from
the command line, and the artifacts in question are in my local
repository. Removing my local repository doesn't fix it.
