Are you able to reproduce the problem using sample projects attached to
MNGECLIPSE-493? If not, can you explain your project layout and
dependencies? Better yet, open new JIRA and attach sample project and
steps to reproduce the problem.
Note that m2e JIRA has moved to
https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE.
