I am working on personalizing a web site. I do not want users to register or login. So I am using google analytics to capture the clickstream. I save the clickstream to DB.
I want to use the data captured by google analytics to Mahout for recommendation. I am new to Mahout. I understand that Mahout accepts cps files with preferences and ratings and makes decision. But I want to use Mahout for data mining to find out the trends. Can I do that? Please point me to some resources where I can get some more insight into Mahout data mining feature.
