Hopefully 0.6 will provide better differentiation on what is stable
and what is experimental.

On my side 0.5 version of SSVD suffered from what i consider to be
some moderate performance issues and the trunk version saw a ton of
improvements in both performance and precisions (mostly verified by
users).

I probably also need to write a wiki usage page on this.
