Yes Amazon has the "look inside" feature which is supposed to show the
entire content. The print version has been a bit inconsistent at that (it
occasionally skips a page or two from TOC) but the kindle version always
shows full preface and toc.

We are unfortunately not allowed to redistributed any of the interior
electronically at this point.
