The processing date of 1970 simply indicates that the document is available
for processing right now, not at some time in the future.

The "Not yet processed" means that the documents have not been processed
even once.  This is consistent with your observation that there are no
warnings in the log.  Usually (but not always) a connector will log a
warning when it fails to fetch something and winds up throwing a
ServiceInterruption.


What does your Job Status page look like?  Are there outstanding Active
documents?  Are the numbers moving over time?
