" repeated service interruption" means that it happens again and again.
For this particular document, the problem is that the error we are seeing is: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." ManifoldCF assumes that if it retries enough it should be able to read the document eventually. In this case, if it cannot read the document after 6+ hours, it assumes something is wrong and stops the job. We can make it continue at this point but the issue is that you shouldn't be seeing such an error for such a long period of time. Perhaps you might want to research why this is taking place.
