I would suggest that you follow the OpenTAXII documentation to get OpenTAXII itself setup and running in your environment.
http://www.opentaxii.org/en/stable/ That Ansible role to install OpenTAXII is not well-maintained and is really only useful for the development environment. Once you have a source of TAXII data, like OpenTAXII or something else, then you would pick-up at about Step 3 here, which covers the Metron side of loading the TAXII data.
