You certainly use master - just realize that we haven't gone through the
release formalities yet as a community, so YMMV. This typically includes
some rounds of release candidate testing and ensuring we don't have any
outstanding issues that we believe should be included in the next release.
There was recently some discussion on kicking off another release, but this
appears to have stalled as of late. Someone should probably resurrect that
thread and see if we can get the gears turning again.
