Well I saw this problem once (last week IIRC), and it was because the
prefix field in the host table was '/' instead of '' (empty).
So check your host table and if you have any '/' prefix, change it to
empty '' prefix.
This was due to a bug in Asgard (or Midgard) that set the prefix to '/'
when empty.
