Hi Emile,
The dependency line in libmysqlclient.la shows this
dependency_libs=' -lnsl -lm -lz -lcrypt '
and i have this file in 2 places (i,e) in /usr/lib and /usr/lib/mysql
does it has anything to do with this.
Iam running mandrake7.2
