Thanks to Paul Newby, we now have the redesign spec
for Midgard's Web services running on CommenText at:

Especially everybody who will be participating in
the project, but also all others -- feel free to join
the discussion and share your ideas there.
If you're going to write a service to the site, the
document is where you should add your specs to. I already
have the specs for Midgard site list and BugTracker from
Philipp and Alan, and will add those ASAP.
