I'd say that you can go now with the PHP4 version since it introduces
some nice new features. About the data package, you can try nadmin from
Alan Knowles (http://www.hklc.com/).
It's really easy to install with repligard (you can use the 1.4 data
package, empty the DB and install nadmin).
I don't think the development will continue on Asgard, unless someone
wants to take the job.
