Oops, the installation scripts are designed for totally clean systems - eg.
5mins after you booted from the installation Cd...

Mysql - no need to reboot - these scripts where tested on chroot builds and it
was usefull to do this..

Apache is neccessary - as it needs to read the httpd.conf
