Before importing into the new database, you have to create the new sitegroup (say
'newsg'), along with the corresponding admin group (say 'newadmgrp') and an admin user
(say 'newadm') belonging to this group.
Then in repligard.conf, authenticate with username="newadm+newsg" and the
corresponding password.
It will then import your data.xml.gz in the newsg sitegroup.
