OK. Here's how you can get started:

        * Get Emile or Ron to set you up an mailing list to the
          Midgard server, say [EMAIL PROTECTED]

        * Create a web page for the user group somewhere

        * Write subscription instructions for the mailing list
          to the site
 
        * Try to get German Midgard people and companies to register,
          and list them on the site

        * Start discussion about the possibility of creating German
          documentation, arranging workshops, or maybe organizing
          presence at IT events

        * Get the user group page linked at the main Midgard site

Once Jani's new Midgard site is running, we can then look at gathering
these user group pages there, to give them better visibility.

How does Midgard User Group (MUG) sound?
