in as admin there's no question, if it's there you should be able to
serve it.
What does:
SELECT * FROM blobs WHERE name='powered-by-globe.gif' AND ptable='page'
and pid=63;
return, and if nothing, what do
SELECT * FROM page WHERE name='pictures';
and
SELECT * FROM blobs WHERE name='powered-by-globe.gif';
return?
