The tarfiles now contain the rc-bug stuff, and appear to be up to date
otherwise too. Perhaps my method of redirecting output on the cvs update
prevented proper updates, otherwise I would not know what was wrong. I
left the script in its chatty state and will monitor for the next few
days.
