how far have you got? - I now ported gtkhtml to php-gtk - so it is 
possible to create a WYSIWYG editor like dreamweaver,
at present I have mostly finished building the text editing bit, that 
(will/has) a class explorer, folding/syntax higlighted (inline help) 
text editor.
Currently the existing version allows you to browse/edit midgard text 
fields, and has dialogs for most of the midgard elements. - all done 
with OOphp, and glade.
ps. Glade+phpgtk now works on windows....
