well, Emile, how You mean restrict based on IP adress?
I think that "that" users will log from the same IP to nadmin
and Asgard and old admin site.
I propose:
1. create adress which users doesn't know
2. make simple hack for login nadmin page
something like:
<? if (!$username == 'admin') {exit;} ?>
