Hi! In the process of trying to create a midgard site I basically started to follow the steps outlined in the recent "conversion" thread. So I created a new sitegroup (as root).
I could then log into that group as root/admin using the login delimiters. (BTW: Using Mozilla 0.9.6 the "Relog" doesn't work as it should.) During sitegroup creation, a new group was created. I created a User, which should become the admin of the newly created sitegroup. But I was not able to add this user to the group, because I had no write access. Puzzled. I then figured out, that the User was in SG0, I was logged in as admin of my new sitegroup - now rite access to the user in SG0. I deleted the user, created it anew in the new group. This time I could make the user a member of the group destined to hold all the users for the new sitegroup. Relog again. But the thing keeps asking me for a login to Asgard/SG0 (seems logical to me, Asgard is in SG0). This makes it impossible to log in as the new user with admin rights in the new sitegroup. Pooh. Long. Does this make sense to anybody? What is "the way" to set up root, admins, users? Who should be the owner of different things (sitegroup, style, (root) pages, topics)? Help, I am lost...
