[midgard-user] exporting some sort of static website

hi all,
 
absolutly newbie question:
is it possible to export a dynamic midgard website to a static version
on another webserver?
reason why: we would like to start a project with midgard/nadmin but
have only full access to our own development server but not to the
actual (live-)webserver.
the live-server contains apache, mysql, php but nothing more... rights
are restricted to std. user.
