Midgard Admin Manual is the name of Nadmin manual. I think the HKLC guys named that. It is a little bit confuse though.

Maybe that sounds stupid on my way , but if You want follow that
manual, decide rather to use Asgard. If You want to build site with
nadmin follow nadmin manual at:
http://www.hklc.com/midgard_manual/ which describes how You should
build sites with this tool.
Besides try to be more 'detailed', I do not know as the others , but
prsonally
I do not know exactly what is Your problem :)
