I've no problem with it, but I'll need to clear it with the powers that
be (aka the boss)... This is an internal project and there may be
issues... It works like this though:
~ 1. User goes to site and initiates the registration process
~ 2. User supplies NDS username and selects a tree (Novell
context) from a list of predefined contexts.
~ 3. MGD Page fires up an LDAP connection using the PHP LDAP
extension, and binds to the DN created by combining the
Context selected and the username and password supplied.
~ 4. Query the User information form the LDAP database.
~ 5. MGD Page creates the user (this fails) using username and
password supplied at "signup".
~ 6. Move the created user to the Correct group depending on what
their DN was.

I'm not authenticated. This is not a manual process... this is an
automated process that I don't need to intervene in. The idea is that we
use this site as a knowledge base for all the operations in the company
and also to serve as a friendlier layer between the user and the novell
stuff (which isn't very friendly).
