I'm etablishing an order to do "cross-"upgrade :
with the midgard-data-1.5 package : 1) vi configure --> change default asgard install in "no" ./configure --with-install=new (...) ./dbinstall
2) restore dump via Mysql, containing ONLY data from not-empty and important tables (ie. article,element,grp,host,member,page,pageelement,person,style,topic).
3) update correct hosts in the base if necessary...
here, all looks good. oldadmin is present and use new functions (sitegroup...) my company's data is correctly stored with original IDs (it was my main soucy)
Now, various troubles :
1/ "update-snippet-admin.sql" add functions in the oldadmin but errors appear :
- left menu appears twice, the old and the new one (integrating snippet section)
- I tried to create new snippet -> "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: snippetdir_name() in ROOT on line 225" or "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: snippetdir_name() in code-init on line 114"
is my "road map" correct and how to fix snippet problems ??
