It is simple MySQL import so ID here is defined statically.
because it's weird.
I checked that with a precedent install on another server (in July 2002 - 1.4.x) and the ID is also 12 !!!

which code-init ? /Admin Root/snippetdir/code-init (#393) ?
here, the problem is around the element #34 (#12 in my cases !) titled "code-global" (directly attached to /Admin Root)
on my (old) second server, element #34 => /Asgard_Root/element/style/page-code !!
after a correct UPDATE, problem is solved, but it's still curious for me.
