Try to set up all Your persons grp and member tables entries the same as 
admin which is able to log in. This should help for 99,9%.
Later start from creating new SG. Check what data You will need in new SG
from previous SG0 and set these data SG to the new one.
If You do not need edit  old data , leave them as is . SG0 lets You read data 
from other SG.
Not the smooth solution but I think the only one if You want to keep Your data
instead of rebuilding them.
