several sitegroup ids in repligard and other tables have been lost after replication. Is it possible to fix this? May be with repligard -m? I have installed Midgard multilang.

Do you mean the sitegroup field was set to 0 where it shouldn't have been?
What exactly did you replicate and can you find out if the bad thing happened on export or import?
