The snippets are in SG0 /AegirAddOn_Webstats tree. Look for the menu section. However, I've never had any problems with this AddOn as long as everything else is set up properly.

The Name of the config file does not matter. We usually name the config files according to the hostname they are related (i.e. www.nemein.com.webalizer.conf).
Make sure you have proper hostnames in the config file.
