Title: weblogic-maven-plugin
The 2.9 version for 9.0 is in the snapshots.  I will be snapshoting the 8.1 plugin this weekend.  There will be more detail on the installation process posted on the site under the sandbox this weekend.  I had to do some refactoring on both plugins but hope to have testing done and pushed by Sunday evening.

Use the process defined in the URL posted on an earlier posting.   Please provide feedback so I can fix any bugs you find and I can release a real release soon.

What version are you most interested in?  8.1 or 9.0?

If you can't wait until this weekend the original plugin code is attached to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO-179
