[mojo-user] Access forbidden when accesing several plugins in the sandbox

Hi there,

I'm getting a 403 Forbidden when trying to access some of the plugins in the sandbox (docbook-maven-plugin, pomtools-maven-plugin, rubyscript-maven-plugin...). Others seems to work correctly (aspectj-maven-plugin, axistools-maven-plugin, ...)
