no problem, I hear the words "Here to help" all the time at my customer, so I'm used to it :)
I get the same error if I run 'mvn site' or 'mvn clean aspectj:compile aspectj:aspectj-report' I think you're right about the problem being unable to detect tools.jar. btw, I downloaded the plugin from subversion and tried to build it myself. I get the same error when I try to run the testCreateReport(org.codehaus.mojo.aspectj.AjcReportMojoTest) test. So I don't think there is a problem in my pom.., but maybe it's my system?
