You're the first person to ask about jaxws-maven-plugin on this list
since I've joined it a number of months ago -- thanks Gmail archive.
So its obviously not in wide use at this time.

Looks like its never been released -- you'll need to download from
Subversion and build yourself etc to use it:
https://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/mojo-sandbox/jaxws-maven-plugin/
