Try using the t3 protocol and see what happens. You have all the flags set to indicate this is a remote server however the url seems to indicate a localhost? upload and remote should not be set or at least set to false if this is a local deploy. I will try to recreate with your settings cause I cannot duplicate it with the defaults. Scott D.
