[mojo-user] jspc-maven-plugin - How to make JSPC only to run during the install phase "mvn install"?

Hi,

  I have defined the following in my top pom.xml, how can I set the
value in <goal> element tag in order to ensure "mvn test" will not start
JSPC?  I only want JSPC to run during the install phase "mvn install",
but not in the test phase "mvn test".
