That fixed the problem. I now run without errors.

There's another problem though. I notice that I'm still getting 
test-scoped dependencies in there. It doesn't stop my app from running 
successfully but it would be nice to sort that one out before a release. 
I'll take another look at it as soon as I can find the time.

Another problem that I've noticed is that the way I've implemented jar 
resources for the JnlpDownloadServletMojo doesn't allow me to specify 
exclusions. I think this should also be sorted out before a release 
because it is a bigger problem than having test-scoped jars in there. It 
causes me to have 2 versions of the same jar because a transitive 
dependency depends on an older version of a jar that I depend on directly. 
I'll log an issue for it and try and find some time to work on it.

That one should be fixed now.

Please try the latest version (1.0-alpha-2-20071217.183302-15) and
hopefully we can make a release before the end of the year. Waiting
for your votes...
