Before I can release, I need 3 things to happen:
* fix some newly discovered issues
* wait for some SNAPSHOTS dependencies to be released (maven jar,
surefire plugin, etc..). These should be released soon.
* people vote when i call for a vote. I've made a tentative release
vote a couple of weeks ago, but noone gave the vote.
if everything happens as it should, I will make a new one within a week or two.
