Strange, the namingstrategy is coming through to the mojo but it
appears not be used since there should be a "Using as namingstrategy
XXX" or "Couldn't resolve XXX" log message. I can't see why using a
jpaconfiguration would be any different to using
annotationconfiguration.
I was using 2.0-alpha-2 and the hibernate-tools that comes with that.
Can you create a minimal standalone pom that demonstrates the problem?
